1 General Provisions

3 Account Management

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

We may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of the Terms
• On suspicion of fraudulent activity
• For failure to provide verification documents
• At your own request (right to self-exclusion)
• Due to extended inactivity

3.3 Account Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All monetary amounts displayed on the platform are in Bangladeshi Taka.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at ck9998 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total of ৳2,500; or a deposit of ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total of ৳24,000. The wagering requirement on the bonus is 25 times.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager the total bonus amount 25 times. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳37,500 in wagers (৳1,500 × 25) must be completed. Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement; contact our support team for the wagering contribution of specific games.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are single-use only and may not be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the specified wagering has been completed.
• ck9998 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

5.4 VIP Program

The ck9998 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Advancing to a higher tier depends on active participation and loyalty on the platform. Wagering conditions may also apply to VIP cashback.

6 Betting Rules and Limits

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Specific minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and sports event. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. ck9998 reserves the right to change bet limits at any time.

6.2 Technical Errors

Bets completed as a result of a technical error or system failure may be considered void. In such cases, the full amount of the placed bet will be returned to the account. If a dispute arises over the outcome of a game or event, the casino's server logs will be used as the final reference.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Special rules may apply to bets placed on cricket, football, and other sports events. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets will generally be voided and funds returned, though specific rules may apply for certain competitions (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, etc.).

7 Prohibited Activities
